Course Description:

This course is an in depth discovery of what your true calling and passion is in ministry.  You will learn the importance of having a targeted message to a targeted group of people that are ready to hear the message that God has placed in you.  You will discover the importance of having a niche market based on your core passion to most affectively reach the people that God intends for you to minister to.  Discovering your passion will show you exactly how you should minister to be the most affective for your followers.

Course Goals and Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, students will learn:

·         How am I wired?

o    You were blessed with natural talents and gifts at birth. You have developed them over your entire life. What are these and how are they to be used? What drives and motivates you? You will investigate personality and behavioral styles. These characteristics are proven to be cornerstones of success in work and relationships. These insights give key pointers toward your God given purpose in life.

·         What is my calling/purpose?

o    God instilled your identity and purpose in your spirit. It is your responsibility to discover that unique purpose. We see many signs throughout our lives that give us clues and direction, but we are often so busy we miss them. Through a series of detailed questions and answers you will look at past experience, search for areas of passion and begin to really ‘peel back the onion’ for major insights into your purpose.

·         What Are Your Core Values?

o    Your core values are like guardrails on the highway of life. They not only help you stay on the right path but also help point to what is really important to you. You have also been given spiritual gifts which often give clear indications of what God has in mind for you. What do these things tell you about your reason for living? Both core values and spiritual gifts are clues or pointers that are an important part of discovering your purpose.

·         What Do I Need To Change To Line Up With The Will Of God?

o    Ask the right questions with the proper motives and we believe the answer will be provided. Perhaps some changes need to be made or some issues need to be cleared before the information will be given. God wants to use you. He wants you to know and live your purpose. He wants to make sure you are willing and ready. Here you will explore and work on any fears, limiting beliefs or resistance to full surrender. You will be provided with techniques that will allow you to discover and clear out blocks that might prevent direct insight into your purpose.

·         How Can You Reach Your Destiny?

o    After looking back and within, we now turn to the source - our creator. Here you are taught how to apply specific tools and techniques that are proven to reveal your identity and destiny. At this point we go from the intellectual part of the exercise to a spiritual journey with your creator. He wants you to know with certainty…Who you are…and, why you are here! You will learn to listen with your heart and soul. You will learn your purpose through five proven techniques. Experience shows that all the techniques are effective. But you will probably find that there are one or two that work exceptionally well…and are worthy of becoming part of your ongoing spiritual disciplines.

·         Where do I go from here Pt1?

o    Once you know your identity and destiny, you have a choice to make.  Will you live your purpose or will you continue to do the same things over and over expecting a different result?  This final step is what really makes the difference.  Tools to live on purpose and expand your fun, energy, focus, and freedom will be provided.   A wasted life is a life lived without purpose!

·         Where do I go from here - Pt 2?

o    Once you know your identity and destiny, you have a choice to make.  Will you live your purpose or will you continue to do the same things over and over expecting a different result?  This final step is what really makes the difference.  Tools to live on purpose and expand your fun, energy, focus, and freedom will be provided.   A wasted life is a life lived without purpose!

·         Biblical examples of purpose for Men

o    There are many examples of men with purpose in the scriptures.  Through studying them you can gain insight into your own purpose.  This lesson will take a look at Joseph from the Old Testament and Paul from the New Testament.

·         Biblical examples of purpose for Women

o    There are many examples of women with purpose in the scriptures.  Through studying them you can gain insight into your own purpose.  This lesson will take a look at Ruth from the Old Testament.

·         The purpose of Christ

o    Jesus Christ is probably the best example of understanding ones purpose and call.  In this lesson we will study some of the aspects of the Call on the life of Christ.
