Biblical examples of purpose for Men

There are many examples of men with purpose in the scriptures.  Through studying them you can gain insight into your own purpose.  This lesson will take a look at Joseph from the Old Testament and Paul from the New Testament.

Read Genesis 37-50 about Joseph and then read http://www.truthinhistory.org/tracing-the-steps-of-the-apostle-paul.html and the supporting scriptures on the Apostle Paul

After reading the book you will need to write a 6-8 page paper in Arial 12pt font double spaced.  The paper should include:

·         What in your opinion are the similarities of these two men as it relates to their purpose

·         Explain the role that trials and tribulation played in the lives of these two men

·         What difficulties have you faced in your life that have prepared you for answering the call of God on your life

·         What seems to be a the major element of preparation of all great men of the bible and how do you explain the reason for it
