Course Description:
This course is directed
toward applied ministry opportunities. The
course gives the music minister an
opportunity to apply ministry leadership
skills in a local church or other ministries
of music. 45 hours required at on site
locations to engage in the music ministry
process.
Requirements
1. This course requires 45
hours of applied music ministry practice.
Students can choose their local church, a
small home group or any other environment
that involves music ministry in a corporate
worship setting.
2. Upon enrollment in the
course, students will choose their preferred
environment to engage in the music ministry
process.
3. Students will also need to
choose another music ministry leader that
will supervise the student’s progress and
verify the hours contributed to the applied
ministry practice. A letter or letters of
verification (depending on the experience of
the student) will need to be submitted to
ACU for the student to receive credit for
the course.
