Course Description: The practices of expressing individual faith and apologetics are explored. Key topics include the case for faith, applications of practical faith, and
keeping faith in the face of hardship and pain.
Course Goals and Objectives: 1. Be exposed to the importance of sharing their Christian faith with others;
2. Understand that the "non-verbal" effects of their lives are sources of great impact in communicating their faith;
3. Be introduced to a systematic method for articulating Christian faith; 4. Be aware of case studies and histories of applied Christian faith;
5. Articulate plans for sharing their faith, verbally and nonverbally in their own life circumstances; 6. Understand the role of faith, and of the believer, in times of hardship, grief, and pain;
7. Be exposed to the nature of perseverance and faithfulness in the historic Christian experience. |
