This course will be conducted by Todd Wieland of Ames Christian University, in concert with church, ministry, and lay leaders with expertise in small church administration.

Beginning in the second week, each week's materials will feature transcripts of interviews with pastors, administrators, and specialists. The interviews topics will related directly to the course objectives for MINN 3560 and will supplement the course materials and assignments.

Mr. Wieland has extensive experience with administrating small non-profits in the ministry and education sectors, including founding, chartering and operating Ames Christian University.
