Course Description:
Ministry leadership in the small church environment is emphasized. Key topics include resource management, time management for the small church leader, integrating volunteers, and pastoral accountability in the small church.

Course Goals and Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, students will:
1. Be exposed to the key issues and opportunities involved with leading the small church;
2. Understand the leader's role in the small church;
3. Be exposed to small church budget and financial management models;
4. Have read and discussed the role of the small church in Christian history;
5. Be aware of the resource limitations and opportunities afforded a small church.
